The Court Room
The heart of the original Georgian building, this beautiful room is ideal for meetings or small receptions.
Our Court room is the room used for the Master of the Company to hold court in which we conduct the affairs of the Company, the Master`s chair given to us by our rulers dates back to 1800
With the Court rooms large old London glass windows, this room enjoys ample natural daylight and the many fine paintings providing an interesting backdrop and introduction to the Company's history.
Often used with the Freemen's Room next door, the room is ideal for conference or cocktail party registration, as a catering breakout room, or the perfect setting for pre-lunch or pre-dinner drinks before we call you through to dine in the surroundings of the Freemen`s room.
The Court room also creates a unique surrounding for private dining and small meetings when looking for a unique setting to hold that intimate luncheon or dinner party
